  • Do I have to be a Cooper Green patient to access services at CVHC?/¿Debo ser paciente de Cooper Green para obtener acceso a los servicios de CVHC?
    No, Cahaba Valley Health Care serves both Cooper Green and non-Cooper Green patients. Please send us an email or give us a call to learn how to get an appointment scheduled.
  • What happens if a patient misses an appointment?/¿Qué pasa si un paciente falta a una cita?
    If a patient is a NO SHOW for their appointment, they must wait 6 MONTHS to be rescheduled for a new appointment. A “NO SHOW” is constituted by no notification or attendance to clinic.
  • What happens if I need to reschedule?/¿Qué pasa si necesito reprogramar una cita?
    If you need to reschedule an appointment, please call with ample notice to let us know so that we can give your appointment time to another patient. If an appointment is rescheduled 3 times, you will be considered a NO SHOW and will have to wait 6 months to reschedule your appointment.
  • What do I need to bring to my appointment or a screening?/¿Qué necesito traer a mi cita o examen?
    If taking medications, please bring a list of your medications with you to your appointment.
  • How much do your services cost?/¿Cuánto cobran por sus servicios?
    All services in our clinic are free of charge.
