No, Cahaba Valley Health Care serves both Cooper Green and non-Cooper Green patients. Please send us an email or give us a call to learn how to get an appointment scheduled.
If a patient is a NO SHOW for their appointment, they must wait 6 MONTHS to be rescheduled for a new appointment. A “NO SHOW” is constituted by no notification or attendance to clinic.
If you need to reschedule an appointment, please call with ample notice to let us know so that we can give your appointment time to another patient. If an appointment is rescheduled 3 times, you will be considered a NO SHOW and will have to wait 6 months to reschedule your appointment.
If taking medications, please bring a list of your medications with you to your appointment.
All services in our clinic are free of charge.
